Returns & Exchanges

Sophie Artproducts are sold primarily through Pinkoi and Shopee. Returns and exchanges follow each platform's policies:

• Pinkoi: Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
• Shopee: Returns accepted under Shopee's 7-day buyer protection policy, before the buyer leaves a review.

Custom orders — including items with group logos, personal names, seasonal themes, or custom-sized framed prints — are non-returnable once production begins. Please confirm all specifications before placing your order.
